Intention is the starting point of every dream.

Everything that happens in the universe begins with intention. Everything that you’ve ever done and achieved began with an intention. Intentions are the seed through which you aim
to create, as you plant that seed, you bring your deepest intentions to the surface and you start the process of creation. We are born to contribute through creating, and, as you water
the seeds through your thoughts and actions, they grow and manifest.

In this workshop we will focus on recognising your soul intentions, what excites you, what truly fulfils you. We will move through the process of finding, setting and releasing your
intentions so they can manifest in your life. This workshop includes a 30 min yoga practice.

This is a 1 1/2-hour workshop

Managing Stress

This is a workshop that will hep you to alleviate stress on you daily life.

The experience of stress is a situation that everyone can relate to, we all experience stress from time to time and many of us experience it frequently.

Millions of people suffer from stress related illnesses, stress can result into anxiety, depression, insomnia and physical pain. We are only built to deal with a certain amount of stress from time to time, but we are not built to deal with stress to the levels where we experience it in this modern life.

In emergency situations stress can actually save our life by switching on our fight and fly response but, when we live like this constantly, we impact our health.

Your physical and mental wellbeing is affected by the way you think and feel. We have the power to control this and re wire our own brain.

I invite you to join me on this workshop so you can gain back control of your life. Includes 30 min of yoga practice.

Yin Yan Aerial Yoga

Yin Yan Aerial Yoga

A full day of Aerial Classes in Napier.

Hang upside down a few feet off the ground, in a stretch you never thought you’d be able to do!

This is going to be an enjoyable and rejuvenating day.

Very similar to the yoga you do on the mat, the stretches are more intense and the release feels much deeper.

Aerial yoga can make a big difference on your flexibility, strength and mental health.

Working against gravity helps you get deeper into the stretches.

In aerial yoga inversions are made easy and they bring lots of benefits to your boy, your blood circulation, energy flow, mood shifts and mind focus.

In my opinion the magic pose in aerial yoga is the inverted butterfly pose; we sit or stand all day long and our vertebrae sit stacked, being pulled down into each other by gravity, with this pose, you flip upside down allowing your spine to de free, lengthen and decompress, releasing the pressure of your vertebrae.

This class if for everyone, no experience is required.
